Ivo Adam's first "normal" cookbook actually is two books in one: One book contains over 140 elements for cooking. These "components" are illustrated by stereoscopic rendering. The other book shows how to combine these "components" to a dish. This "combinations" are photographed by Guy Perrenoud and commented by Ivo Adam. On the bonus DVD, Ivo Adam is cooking some of the recipes.
